Slept Well

I just woke up feeling really good. Why? I believe it’s because I slept for 9 straight hours!

Now that’s something I haven’t done in months. I’m not kidding. Lately the longest sleep I’ve had was 5 hours and it only happened on a weekend. During weekdays, I’m already lucky if I get 4 hours.

I’ve already tried a sleeping pill but I stopped it after only a week. I was afraid of its possible grave side effects plus I my head feels heavy when I wake up.

Sleep is important, especially for me. I can’t function well with just a few hours of sleep. I admit that because of the lack of it, my productivity have been affected. But I’m doing the best I can to remedy this. I just wish that last night’s good sleep is the start of something really good.
